Running is one of the best ways to work out your entire body and help you reach your healthy lifestyle goals.  Nike and Apple technologies partnered up and created a program that allows your Nike sneakers and your Ipod to communicate and track your running history and training regimen!  Here is what you need…

  1. Ipod Nano, Ipod touch or Iphone 3GS
  2. Nike+ Ipod sport kit
  3. Nike+ running shoes

So, if you want to dust off your running shorts and start a new training schedule, grab a Nike+ to get you on your way.
